Here's delicious beef and veggie meal that will make your tummy happy! Beef seared on the outside, tender and juicy in the middle, mixed with purple cabbage, onion and crisp tender broccoli. I am in love!
BEEF & CABBAGE STIR FRY
1 lb. sliced sirloin (or other beef of choice)
1 head of broccoli florets
2 cups chopped purple cabbage
1 onion, sliced
seasonings (I used plain old sea salt and pepper)
Heat about 2 TBSP olive in in a skillet. When hot, add in beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until desired done-ness (I like skillet hot enough to sear the outside of the beef, but leave the inside a little pink). Remove beef from skillet and cover with foil to keep warm. Add veggies (and a little more oil if needed) and cook until veggies are to your desire done-ness (I like mine crisp tender). Toss beef back in, season to taste and devour :)
